The location worked great for me, because i could cross a bridge and reach terminal 1 easily, that bridge to the terminal saved time, i had an early morning flight, so the proximity was excellent. the room was functional. The shower was good. i found the experience helpful.
Finding the walkway from the terminal to the hotel proved difficult. There was a lack of clear signs in the airport which caused confusion. Better signage would be beneficial.

The restaurants provided excellent service and room service was available. Breakfast offered many choices. the staff were friendly and helpful when i had questions. They quickly addressed my needs.

The room was quiet and spacious allowing me to relax and work, i appreciated the modern amenities and cleanliness. the beds were comfortable and the climate control system worked efficiently. I slept well.

Checking in was quick and easy. The hotel maintains a good standard, the rooms are modern, and they are cleaned daily. I booked a twin club room with access to the Club Lounge on the 8th floor. The staff is very courteous. Their English is first class. Armando and Fernando, who start their shift in the afternoon, provide excellent service.
The room had a connecting door, and the noise from the adjacent room was quite disruptive. Thin walls amplified sounds significantly.

The room includes two separate sinks. The bathroom has a rainfall shower. It has good water pressure and consistent temperature. The provided toiletries are replenished daily, a nice touch.

the hotel is near the airport, it was very helpful. i like that the room was clean with toiletries. the staff gives warm welcomes and friendly smiles.
the air conditioning didn't work good in the room. the room was always at 24 degrees so i felt uncomfortable for sleep. the gym isn't 24/7 as it says.
